Frequently asked questions
Do I need a medical card to shop here?
No. BX Buddiez is fully licensed for adult-use sales, so anyone 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID can shop, no medical card needed.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both. Order online and pick up in-store on 3rd Avenue, or get it delivered anywhere across New York City.
How much cannabis can I buy at once?
New York law allows adults 21+ to purchase up to 3 ounces of flower and up to 24 grams of concentrates per day.
Can out-of-state visitors shop here?
Yes — anyone 21 or older with valid ID can legally purchase adult-use cannabis in New York. Just keep in mind that whatever you buy has to stay within state lines.
What payment methods do you accept?
Because of federal banking restrictions, most New York dispensaries run on cash or cashless ATM, and BX Buddiez is the same. We keep on-site options available so checkout stays quick.
Can I consume cannabis inside the shop?
No — New York law doesn’t allow on-site consumption in dispensaries. Our team will walk you through strains and effects so you know what you’re getting before you head out.
How should I store what I buy?
Keep products in their original childproof packaging, somewhere cool and dry and out of reach of kids and pets, to protect freshness and safety.
Do you run any deals or a loyalty program?
Yes — rotating specials, first-time customer discounts, and a loyalty program are all part of keeping premium cannabis accessible throughout the week.
